This is an unusually fast chaos list, with trolls at m6 and knights at m7, not to mention the vanguarding fast cav warmachine hunter and the hellcannons, which can run pretty fast if they decide they'd rather be in combat than firing. There are a multitude of cannon targets, and the chaos lord takes a minimum of 3 cannon shots to kill, even if he fails every blasted standard roll. In combat, of course, his output speaks for itself; 6 s6 with "usually" rerolls to hit, and a 1+ rerollable armor save with killing blow immunity is not to be sneezed at. Thoughts?
