1000 on the nose, not that i know if this list is very viable at all or not

Make the two 16 man units into one 32 man unit 6 wide, 5 deep with the extra two at the back, give them all great weapons (Warriors with GW's are the second best option in out book at the moment, Str 5 with WS 4 is a good deal. Turn those Thunderers into Quarallers and give them GW's and the Ranger kit with a muician (Quaraller Rangers are very usefull because they are more flexiable and can get into combat without worrying of losing then being over run in the first round of combat. Give the Cannon Rune of Forging and Burning, possibly reloading as well with an engineer, you dont want your cannon to die in the first or second turn and the burning is a good hyrdra or eqivalance killer ;D. The Organ gun is nice as well, good flank cover ;D

It might be something like 1050 points or a bit more, but trust me you'll be better off with the things I've told you
