I am relatively new to the miniatures hobby (about 2 months now), and I only have experience with 40k Space Marine models - nothing fantasy, nor female for that matter Does anyone have any recommendations for specific models or ranges that might do the trick? I'm open to any ideas!

The only real important features are basically flowing clothing, and a sword. Sabriel also has a bandolier with 7 bells on it - I will have to make this with green stuff I think (another adventure ).

Bret damsel with sword. It comes with mounted and unmounted.

I know it's gradeschool, but this made me snicker. Mounted indeed!

Skaven have lots of bells, and while the IoB ones are a bit big, a quick ebay pass should net you some bell bits. I plan on removing the falcon, and putting a hanging bell in it's place. I also need to green stuff the other 6 bells on the bandolier!
