Upgrade to lvl4
Take a second lvl1 of beasts
Buy a ward save for your lvl4.

Also, I think that 4 chariots is probably a bit much...perhaps you could drop a couple, because two hordes of Gors is always better than one

Edit: last thought; I never take fewer than 30 Bestigors to a fight. I took 25 once and it cost me the game :(

Double edit: last, last thought. I disagree about the crown of command. I admit I haven't played any fantasy in a month or two, but even so, I can't remember the last time I lost combat by enough to worry about...with a Beastlord and the standard of discipline, you're ld10...with a reroll.
