				<description><![CDATA[ There'll be a mini-tournament coming up with points limited to 600pts & the compulsory <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(187);'>FOC</span> being 1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> & 1+ TROOP choice, the rest will be totally up to the players' creativity.<br /> <br /> The twist is that players can field up to the max of 800pts if they can fulfill at least 1 for each category i.e 1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> & min. of 1 TROOP, 1 ELITE, 1 FAST ATTACK, & 1 HEAVY SUPPORT.<br /> <br /> With no holding back, this is what I have in mind;<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span><br /> 1. Ghazgkull Thraka<br /> <br /> TROOP<br /> 1. 10 Ork Boyz<br /> <br /> ELITE<br /> 1. 9 Kommandos: 2 Burnas, Nob with Bosspole, Eavy Armour, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span>, & Snikrot<br /> <br /> FAST ATTACK<br /> 1. 3 Warbikers<br /> <br /> HEAVY SUPPORTS<br /> 1. 2 Killa Kans: 2 Rokkits<br /> <br /> 2. 2 Killa Kans: 2 Grotzookas<br /> <br /> Total = 800pts<br /> <br /> <br /> I'm really looking forward to enjoy myself this time, cuz any Draigo-Wing army will be very small & easier to be taken care of.  ]]></description>

You walk 3 turns to get in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> and your not even sure if he will urn his points back.<br /> 10 orks = not enough to fight with and a few shots and the will run away.<br /> kommando's= there good but still as fragile as orks. a few shots and the will run away. <br /> warbikes = 1 deathkopta with buzzsaw is better and about the same amount of points.<br /> killa kans = cheap and good but still very fragile without the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span><br /> <br /> For 800 points I would pick the following:<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span><br /> Warboss + <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span> + cybork body  + bosspole = 100<br /> <br /> Elite<br /> 5 loota's = 75<br /> <br /> Fast attack<br /> deathkopta+ buzzsaw = 60<br /> <br /> Heavy support<br /> Battlewagon with deathrolla and big shoota = 115<br /> <br /> Troops<br /> 19 slugga boyz with Nob + <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span> + bosspole = 154<br /> <br /> 20 slugga boyz with Nob + <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span> + bosspole = 160<br /> <br /> 10 gretchins = 40<br /> <br /> This is about 700+ points so you still can pick a few killakans or more boyz.. Warboss and 19 slugga boyz go in the battlewagon.<br /> <br /> I think this i much better....<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I strongly disagree that the deffkopta with buzzsaw is better. Agreed, it is 70 points, rather than 115 for the 3 bikes, but you get a far inferior unit. Bikes are a shooty unit, pumping out 9 shots that will tear through <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(27);'>DE</span> vehicles, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(45);'>GEQs</span> and put lotsa wounds on stuff. They have 4 wounds, and a bosspole, making them more survivable (especially with the cover save). They also have 4 strength 9 attacks on the charge, not 3 strength 7 attacks. Plus, and this is an important point, they are by far the cooler unit.<br /> <br /> I've tried lists with 40 boyz, 20 gretchin, and a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(164);'>SAG</span> as the core of a 750 list, with various other units put in. You will find, however, that you get some extremely vicious lists at that level:<br /> <br /> Avatar<br /> Eldrad<br /> Wraithlord<br /> 10 Guardians<br /> 5 Rangers<br /> <br /> is a list that I managed to scrap a draw against. Obviously this is not a list that would be allowed in your structure, but still. You should think closely about maximising the number of boyz that you bring, and use either a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(164);'>SAG</span> for the ordinance blast that could wipe out half a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(305);'>GK</span> force in one go, or the warboss for dependable <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> butchery, both for about 100 points (make sure to have both Eavy Armour and Cybork Body, though). ]]></description>

With this setup you need a fast attack choice and you want to keep it as cheap as possible. The deffkopta can use a scout move and tie up a enemy unit or take down a vehicle first turn. that extra 55 points you spend on warbikes should be spend on 10 extra ork boyz. 				<description><![CDATA[ Hahaha thanks guys for your ideas..<br /> <br /> Had 2 test games today, & 1 of them was against a 600pts super-mini-Draigo army. My opponent brought something like this;<br /> <br /> Draigo<br /> Solo-Din<br /> 2 Psy-rifle Dreads<br /> <br /> ermm..that's it!<br /> <br /> Both Dreads were destroyed in Turn 2 courtesy of Snikrot's Kommandos ambushing from behind enemy line. With Thraka tagging along, it was over very quickly. Meanwhile, Draigo & Solo-Din were on the receiving end of too many dakka-dakka. <br /> <br /> Draigo did managed to counter charge Thraka & Kommandos. The Kommandos bite the dust (literally flamed) & assaulted by Draigo, leaving Thraka to slugged it out with the big man from Titan all alone. 1st <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> round Draigo suffered 1W while Thraka none, but I passed my -4 morale check by a hair-line margin.<br /> <br /> 2nd <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> round (my 3rd Turn), Thraka v/s Draigo mano-o-mano. Due to activating Waagh, Thraka gets 2+ invul <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(157);'>sv</span>. Result: Draigo suffered a wound & lose combat by 1. Thraka remained uninjured.<br /> <br /> By this time, I pulled back all my remaining units so that in case Draigo beat Thraka, I could just pump enough lead into him.<br /> <br /> 3rd <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> round, it was a draw. Both of us rolled our svs magnificently. <br /> <br /> 4th <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> round, things were not looking good for me since now Thraka's invul <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(157);'>sv</span> returned to being 5+. Draigo managed to cause 3 wounding hits, but I managed to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(157);'>sv</span> 1 of them. Especially since you had that close of a game against a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(305);'>GK</span> list that was 200 pts cheaper.<br /> <br /> For 800 points exactly.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> (85pts) <br /> Big Mek w/ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span> <br /> <br /> Troops (255pts)<br /> Deff Dread w/ Big Shoota and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(571);'>DCCW</span><br /> 19 Ork Shoota Boyz + Nob w/ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span> and Bosspole<br /> <br /> Elite (75pts)<br /> 5 Lootas<br /> <br /> Fast Attack (105pts)<br /> 3 Warbuggies w/ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>TL</span>-Rokkits<br /> <br /> Heavy Support (280pts)<br /> 3 Killa Kanz w/ Rokkits<br /> 3 Killa Kanz (2 w/ Big Shootas, 1 w/ Rokkit)<br /> <br /> <br /> You have a good mix of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(482);'>AT</span> with the Lootas and the Buggies, and then 7 Walkers all with the force field, plus a strong backbone of boyz. 				<description><![CDATA[ The Fight between Thraka & Draigo was a very close fight, but the kommandos & 1 Rokkit-Killa Kan were my only casualties. The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(305);'>GKs</span> were annihilated. Basically I had the game in the bag in Turn 2 cuz he had no scoring unit anymore.<br /> <br /> The problem with fielding a BW or Trukk list is that I don't own any of those. I do have 6 Killa Kans though, so maybe I can work around those.<br /> <br /> Tomorrow I'll be having another friendly game with a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(124);'>SW</span> player. His voodoo curse really took my opponents (& myself included) totally by surprise!! <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span> is all good & great, but to be able to determine the fate of enemy super-killer <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>ICs</span> by the roll-off contests of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>D6s</span>? That is AWESOME!!! <br /> <br /> His only weakness is the lack of any armor/invul <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(157);'>sv</span>. <br /> <br /> Maybe I should start getting a cheap BW just to be his personal APC, yes?<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />   ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Personally in sub 1000 point games I usually focus on getting more bodies on the table. Orks have an advantage in a build like this due to extremely low point cost units.
