very, very expensive and not that powerful, I would spend that 80 DoE points elsewhere. (I would also get a prince instead of king though it seems most tomb kings players would disagree with me)

Yeah, banner is cool. 6 chariots, stronger impact hits, better for combat resolution, good. (I would personally field in two groups of three)

I assume you are using it for a priest bunker? Either way its good.

GET HALBERDS!! AGHHGLLAGHALLL!! Extra strength for 2 points a model! Banner is fine, but augments give you half that recover and they do somethin' else cool so I wouldn't

Tho I second everyone else in that you should find 60 points for the halberds. Liquidating the carrion unit would do so nicely.

Khatep and I have gone back and forth before about a Tomb King with DoE - and I don't want to start another back and forth about the merits and flaws. I will just say I field Tomb King with DoE and it works swimmingly for me. Either my king gets into combat and eviscerates my opponent (S7 HKB is epic) or my opponent avoids him like the plague and voila I control the battlefield.

I also have to disagree with SKulls of the Foe on the SSC. It feels like here you were just sort of looking for points to spend?

In this list the changes I would make are:

- Carrion for + 72 points

- skulls of the foe for +30 points

- Lvl 4 heiro for - 35 points

- Halberds on TG for - 60 points

- dragonbane gem on Heiro - 5 points.

yeah did my research with the TK, casket seems like a must no matter what else you field, I know I dont normally field near optimum lists (all elf Wood Elves FTW ) but I like to stand a chance every now and then!

Sold on these changes, a bit disappointed with no carrion as I lack any warmachine hunting units, will squeeze them in when I reach 3k, also does the bag of chips allow my king to get wounds back

I too like the DoE mainly because of the amount of Ogre players in my area, say hello to HKB on 5+ (if I get that spell) and hatred
