Dark lances can't be fired on the move, even from inside a vehicle. Trueborn normally go in Venoms, not Raiders, but if you're itching for more AT alpha-strike, then I can't really fault you.

The RJBs are certainly...unique? I'm not sure I'd call them competitive, though -- 81 points is a very expensive blaster, especially when you can spend 30 points to exchange one of those wrack squads for Kabalites with a blaster -- which is in fact what I suggest you do.
