As for the swarmlord, try to hide his guards in such a way that they are in cover, since they are in the same squad, the Lord get cover.

Those are the only areas i can see that you can cut points without a major change in playstyle, not that you should cut all of these, but there is a few point here and there, you need like 20 points for the TS and 100 points for the Hive guards, so i think you can cut down the starting gaunt size, the broodlord, unprime and then you should have close to 120 points.

I'd use that savings to bring another brood of 2 Hive Guard. I'd drop the Bloodlord for 2-3 more stealer with the toxin sacs. Your Tervigons are good. I'd take out the Trygon Prime and replace with either an basic Tyrannofex or a Mawloc, the Tfex can rain fire and brimestone on infantry and the Mawloc deals S 6 ap 2 blasts.
