Need help Beating some spacewolfs:)

Like the title says i need some help with tactic/army list Vs space wolfs.

i myself play Spacemarines, and i need to beat the following:

Wolf lord on a thunderwolf , whit a 2/3save thunderhammer and shield
another wolf lord that gets exstra attacks pr kill it had last CCround (frostbalde?) (only 1 wolflord on 1250pts two wolfs on 1500)
somtimes he brings some exstra puppy dogs along with him to soake up some shooting

3Rhinos with 10gray hunters packing Melta's with wolf standard and a power weapon(or was it a power fist..hmm)

2 Loong fang squads with SGT 2 missile launchers and 2 heavy bolters

he more or less follows this set up every time !

soo how to i beat this ? the wolf lord alone is a pain in the ass,

heres what i usually bring along

Vulkan hestan( cus i <3 rerolls due to my dices rly wont work with me ._. )

2 10man squads with melta or flamers in a rhino's,one with a teleport homer

5 assult termis 2 with hammers 3 with claws deepstriking

a land speeder with a flamer or melta (change it up every now and then ^^ )
for taking out the loong fangs i was thinking of sending 2 landspeeders( 1 for each squad) or simply assult them with some bikers but due to counter-attack il end up with taking atleast 11 attacks

som sort of dreadnaught in a drop pod depending on w/e points i have left

im new to 40k only played a handfull of matches most of them 2v2 (got a lot of fantasy battles under my belt tho ^^)
soo how do i beat this guy ? and ceep in mind that he's a clever guy and have played in tournaments

If you can go out and buy a tank, I'd recommend a Vindicator for the TWC. Since he's using the Saga of the Warrior Born (the extra attacks one) instead of Saga of the Bear, then his Lords can be insta-killed by the S10 blast. Luckily for you, his Long Fangs are set up pretty favourably too so it should actually survive long enough to get a few rounds of firing off.

Failing that, your best chance is to send the Dreadnought and/or the Terminators at them and hope to tarpit them.

Vindicator is going to be of limited usefulness. Putting the 2 Wolf Lords with 10 Fenrisian wolves basically makes them immune to shooting, and considering their effective charge range, you are getting 1 shot, then it's dead.

his main wolf lord use the saga of the bear , its only his sidekick ( whom iv named kid canine) that uses the warrior born,and he only brings him out every now and then. and he will dodge the vindicator with his wolf lord or bust a cap in its ass with the two loong fang squads : / last i played him i managed to bring down Kid canine and bust a few rhinos, still leaveing me with 30 gray hunters to kill :/

was thinking to send two seperate bike squads to assult the loong fangs, and just deepsriking everything else starting with a tactical squad with melta's to bust some rhinos, carrying locator/homing beacon. and a dreadnought.
DS some assult termis with vulkan hestan in the lead
and another tacitcal squad(also packing melta's in a drop pod)
as for the rest of the army... i dont know what to take, main problem still stands. the wolf lord and the 30 greyhunters ^^
