I am still a fan of having the TechMarine in the list instead of the Inquisitor but each add their own flare to your army.

Maintains your goal and It allows you an additional combat block to just run in. You could reduce the size of the second one by one and ditch the incinerators so that if one rhino is blown up then the inquisitor can just jump right into the other one.
