I love the idea of draigowing but I'm not sure if this is the optimal build for the list. Would more paladins help or a land raider to put draigo and a few paladins in help? Are the weapons the best they could be?

A dreadnought or 2, depending one exact configuration on the squad.
Also, apothecary's (though expensive) are always good in 10 man units.
You only need 15-20 paladins in an army this size.
If you have more than 1 squad, then have 1 as dedicated range and the other as dedicated close combat, or just one anti-horde and the other anti-tank.
So I would only include psycannon's or thunder hammer's in one and halberds or falchions in the other.
