I agree. Drop 3 Termagants from each unit (60pts) and use those to puchase Adrenal Glands and Toxin Sacs on all Gargoyles.

I'd also suggest dropping one of the two TL-Devourers on the Tyrant and keeping the Bonesword and Lashwhip as well, if anything just to knock nasty CC units down to I1 so the rest of your minions can deal with it and it doesn't get hosed by I7 ICs and other tricks.
