Is he looking for suggestions about how to build them for a competitive list? Tactics works. If he's looking for suggestions on how to convert more dudes out of the parts he's got, Painting & Modeling would be more appropriate.

Based on here he posted it, I'm guessing it's the former, rather than the latter.

Along those lines, going with warriors & immortals makes sense to me. A big unit of warriors with Guass led by an Overlord with Pharon is a good unit. Well a 20 man Warrior Squad supported by a Ghost Ark and Lord w/ Res Orb will be an excellent objective camper or KP denial unit.
