If i may make an early suggestion, i always imagined pretarbo's armour having a large, oversized collar like on MK8 armor but bigger, protecting his neck.

I am having troubles with the torso. I have a couple of ideas rattling in my head, but have yet to put them to work. I am hoping to work on it a bit tomorrow. Thanks for all the compliments.

Actually Perturabo was not full of bionics. He was heavily armored. I plan on doing a siege harness on him.
