£15 for 1x 7 integrated rapid gear change
£15 for 1x 3 integrated rapid gear change
£25 for a wear resistant bottom bracket (i can only describe it as it doesn't swing madly with wear and tear)
£20 for a new crank set
£20+ upwards to fit it, no thanks! -bad experience last time with the old bloke-

honestly i have seen the shifters (pair) for £23.60 but the P&P brings it upto £29.90
as for the bottom bracket, not seen one within my price range,
and the cheapest crank set minus P&P is around 22.60 with £5.40 P&P

Bike are one of those things. The more you spend the stronger and longer lasting it's going to be.

I also ride DH and Dirt jumps. I have a 24" DMR rythem with a lovly 3" front tyre to enable me to do mountain Cross / Down Hill.

On average the prices look about right, but without manufactures and models it's hard to tell.

Suppose the main questions is what bike are these to go onto and what type of riding do you do. Casual, XC, Downhill, Just starting out? etc.

If your in the UK as your profile suggests try Chainreactioncycles for comparable prices. That shop is great and is always my first stop when I need a new part. As for the gear shifters i know im getting ripped off because ive seen the same shimano integrated pair for £19 today but as for the bottom bracket and crank... well i dont have a clue im afraid, i need a hard wearing long lasting one, or at least one that wont wiggle about with a little age.
