On another note falchions are VERY expensive, you're better off with halberds or even just sticking with the regular swords.

As for the list, you'll struggle against mechanised list or anything with lots of tanks. Hammers are good (combined with hammerhand) but you gotta get there first and you have no transports. And against any list youre dread will go down almost instantly as its the only vehicle (bar the rhino) in 1500 points.
