Stack exchange for miniature gaming

If you are a software developer like me, you may be familiar with a website called Stack Overflow. This is a question and answer formatted site used by many software developers. If you need to know why your code is throwing a weird exception, or how to index a column in an Oracle DB, it's a good first stop.

Right now there's a group of gamers trying to get a proposal though to add a site to the stack exchange network to add a dedicated site for miniature gaming Q&A.

If you think that that is a good Idea, we could use your help to get it started. We need people to follow the proposal and suggest the types of questions they would like to see on the site.

Here's a link to the proposal:
http://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/36727/miniature-wargaming?referrer=TP4TYOz3swJ6zBRaqbsfBg2

Thanks!

It's looking like we may just merge this proposal with the board and card games site. So if you liked this idea and want to get to asking and answering questions right away, check out http://boardgames.stackexchange.com/

Would have been nice to get a dedicated site, but if the board games site don't mind being invaded by hobby questions (which they seem divided about) I guess that'll do

Or you could use the appropriate sub forums to ask your questions on the forum you are spamming with links to some unrelated forum about programming? You know, the largest wargaming forum in the world? Dakkadakka?

Especially if you give out a link with a referral code in it...
