It would be filled with pictures of walkers, power armour all that interesting stuff a timeline, history of the alternate world, sections dedicated to the germans, russians americans and maybe a combined japanese italian section.

even if you dont play weird war 2 it doesnt matter its more for people that enjoyed indiana jones and all those cooky world war 2 comic books. Generally speaking a guide to the Weird War 2 world.

I'm assuming the Weird War 2 world has the same geography as Earth.

There's no point in just a book of pictures of walking tanks etc -- well, there is, but it's already been done for Ring of Red, Dust Tactics, and so on.
