But i got some old bretonians with really thick primer and multiple coats of paint and this stuff removed it all no problem. ( after about a 3-4 days of soaking)
You should be sure to use gloves with this stuff, i am not sure if its toxic but it will suck all the moisture out of your skin and make you look like a mummy!
I've had some issue's with green stuff making plastic soft and it was very easy to smoosh edges and lose detail. Also i cant stand the smell of green stuff and some of my models still smell like that gak....lol
Acetone seems a bit extreme for a first attempt if you can't get the paint off with off with other solutions, then yah go for acetone.

Seriously, Dettol and all that are fine for plastic but this is a metal miniature - stop faffing about dunking it in Fairy Power Spray or Dettol for hours, go to Superdrug and buy some nail varnish remover (you can get both acetone and acetone free - they work just as well) and pour it in a little bowl. Dip the mini in, watch the paint slough off and scrub lightly with an old toothbrush.
