This is a prime example.
Sorry to say, I'm not a fan of the stark green highlights on that blue... It just looks really off.
there's also a lot of empty spaces on the armour plates that could use some details such as scuffs or decals of some sort.

I can see what you were going for here and for what it is, it's pretty cool. It is an AoBR Dread, correct?
Also, just to clarify, this is supposed to be Alpha Legion, right?

It's a great start and I think that, with some work, it could look really cool.

Blue and green do work well with each other. If you need proof check out my Eldar gallery.

--I like the dreadnought. I have always liked that chapter of chaos space marines. I think the green highlights and accents are appropriately placed and really bring out the blue.
