My main concerns with this list are A) maybe not enough anti tank. B) my paladins even though i re read the rules quite often i am worried they may be equipped illegaly. C) halberds or swords on the paladins? D) should i drop the dreadknight for another duel auto cannon Nought? E) oh and do you think it will be compeditive

Honestly you're better off dropping the banners altogether, too many points for a 5 man unit and no real benefit. Also as you have it right now you can't wound allocate properly which is the big plus for paladin squads. Make sure every member of the unit has a different weapon combination. Honestly I'd probably drop the apothocary too. I'd go for 2 squads like this;

Paladins (x5)
- one with sword and SB
- one with halberd and psycannon
- one with halberd and SB
- one with hammer and SB
- one with MC halberd and psycannon
= 320

You could mix it up a little, maybe exchange the sword for a nemesis staff. The key is to make sure everyone is different.

As for the rest, your dreadknight is WAY too heavy on points. 260 points? You could almost have another 2 psyrifle dreads for that cost which would help with your anti tank. I was thinking about transports for them storm ravens could be real useful for the points but i would need to drop dreadknight then correct i will work on an updated list for that then re post.

Id probably just post the Dread up early and get him blasting away asap! Dont bother with taking him in Raven unless you take a more "choppy" one (AssCan/Bolts/DCC), eh? Careful with running around with all your "eggs in the basket" too, one lucky shot and one crappy save and the Raven and every thing in it goes down in flames! Their assault capability is cool but don't be afraid to just fly them around as gunships and let the Draigo & Pal's deep strike or foot slog it!
