				<description><![CDATA[ After reading the novel 'Gunheads', (more than once!) i have been obsessed with tank companies. That's two extra tanks with points to spare.<br /> <br /> When it comes to Guard and upgrades, bring as many units as possible, than add extra upgrades.  I personally don't believe in sponsons myself, particularly heavy bolter sponsons, and camo netting won't really do much as it only improves upon your cover save if you didn't move and have cover in the first place.<br /> <br /> I'd highly recommend dropping all the sponsons and nets for two extra tanks and use the leftovers for ace skills or something similar.]]></description>

Sponsons are cool in theory, but in the game they don't pan out that well unless you are stationary, which you shouldn't want to be! There are several reasons to keep your Tanks moving, better firing lanes, cover, etc., but one of the most important is to make sure that you don't get auto hit by anything in close combat. Embrace the old German Blitzkrieg, Lightning war it up!<br /> <br /> I would definitely drop one of the Executioners for a Commissar Vanquisher , benefiting from that <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> 4...Also, for (i think) only 10 points you can get the co-axial heavy stubber, which is one of the few upgrades I would recommend (allowing rerolled failed to hits with the big gun is fantastic, of course you have to hit with the stubber...)<br /> <br /> I'd Recommend something like:<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(338);'>CCS</span></span> Vanquisher with Co-axial Heavy Stubber <br /> Commissar Vanquisher w/ co-axial Heavy Stubber<br /> Leman Russ Executioner x1<br /> Leman Russ MBT x 4<br /> Leman Russ Demolishers x 2 (personal preference, fills same roll as executioners though, and cheaper albeit less range, but remember Herr General, always forward!)<br /> <br /> That should bring you to around 1620 points or so. Fill in the rest with Hell Hounds, another executioner, Hydras (recommended to fulfill the roll of your exterminators, at half the cost), enclosed crew compartment artillery of your choice...the options are pretty open!<br /> <br /> But, if your opponent is already letting you use Forgeworld rules....why not pick up a Macharius or Baneblade variant   <img src="/s/i/a/6d3c0a908a3861135dfaebde91c0ecf6.gif" border="0"> <br /> <br /> Edit for clarification...<br /> ]]></description>

I recommend Ace Gunner (+1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span>) for the Vanquishers and possibly Battle Hardened Crew (Ignore Stunned on 4+) on some of the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(89);'>LRBT</span>'s.]]></description>

I know that in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(60);'>IA</span>:1 they said you needed too, and the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(60);'>IA</span>:7 Kreig tank company has the same restrictions on it, of needing the one per every two.. so i want to say that the list still requires the tank.]]></description>
