Your seer council is a bit light. It could use about 3-4 more warlocks on bikes.

On your guardians, a warlock with embolden would do wonders. I just played a game tonight with my tau and I lost over half of my army to bad rolls on LD8, so re rolling those tests is quite important.

I would drop star engines on the avenger serpent. Moving 3' is a bit much, playtest some causal games and see how much you actually need it.

Drop the star engines on the prism, and maybe the spirit stones. If you are running a prism, either run two or none.
