Your list is all shooting so he will hurt you just as much as your opponent. You have a solar pulse and at 1500pts 1 turn of night fighting will be plenty.

You are also very very troop heavy and while not a bad thing by itself it leaves huge holes in your army.

I would drop Imotek and the 17 warrior + Lord squad. With that huge chunk of points try to pick up things that cover your weaknesses like Wraiths or Scarabs for assaults Spyders are good too to make sure your scarabs get the job done. Also Annihilation Barges or other units that bring high quality fire power because right now I see a lot of str 4-5 shooting and that's it. the list he runs has a lot of cannon fodder and with a fnp of 4+ i am just not getting the wounds i need off ap- weapons .
