So really I think that you'd be better just taking a standard Overlord with a Warscythe in a command barge instead, save you some points.

Maybe drop the Deathmark squads as well, using the points to take a squad of 3 Wraiths and adding another Wraith to the other squad, then giving one Wraith in each squad Whip Coils.

I also think that 2 Annihilation barges are going to give you more firepower than a Doom scythe. I see why you've taken it for the anti-tank but dropping it and taking 2 Annihilation barges should increase your shooting abilities enough to make up for the additional 5 pts. You could then spend the remaining points on Scarabs to form some anti-tank, maybe fitting in some Spyders if you have the points.

Always good to see deathmarks used! I find that they are useful as semi suicide squads where you use the 2+ to target an enemy unit and take it out. Then if you get anything else it's a bonus.

You really increase their effectiveness when you add a cryptek (despair with veil of darkness) because the vod will make them more mobile and the crypteks can wound on 2+.

To run 2 squads of deathmarks like this you need 2 hq, which is a bit unbalanced at 1000. So, I'd probably drop one squad and use the additional points for more wraiths (2 wraiths aren't going to live ).

Doom scythes are generally 1 shot then die units (AV11). I'd swap them for 2 annihilation barges (AV13 because of quantum shielding) and tesla destructor goodness.

You need some more anti tank. - destruction crypteks are good for this.

Well, first off, your points are slightly off (10 Wariors is 130 points, not 160. They're only 13 points each in the new codex).
Also, why would you take Anrakyr but NOT take any Immortals? (that's a free awesome upgrade you're just throwing away).
Speaking of throwing things away, 2 Wraiths is practically giving your opponent free kill points. They will not last long, which is a shame, as they're one of the strongest units in the codex, if you take them properly.

warriors put them on ghost arks

i would scrap the doom death masks and the wraths and get doomsday ark for long range fire power so your fast and you got long range shooting and if you have the points scarp 1 warrior in eatch squad and put in a resorect orb at minimum for maximum survivability

court cryptek of despair, x2 lords with orbs

troop warrior x2 (9)
immortal with gauss (traveler and despair go here)
x2 ghost ark
