Just drop some Warriors out of the Arks to make up points you'll need to swap out your Destroyer Lords for Silver Surfers (Overlords with Warscythes riding Command Barges @180 point each).

Also, yeah, with a couple Stalkers in your list, Doomsday Arks suddenly become VERY viable... though, you may need to drop Wraiths to afford it.
