Bloodletters will destory tanks on the charge. Almost every vehicle in the game is AV10 on the rear. Only AV14 gives a properly run Daemon list pause, and even than there are counters.

Bringing a lot of mech can help, but don't think for 1 instant you are safe in your tank.
Shooty + mobility. The two elements you need to specialise in in order to win against Daemons.

Shooty:
As most people have said, get as many heavy bolters, and assault cannons possible. When Daemons Deep Strike in, you have one turn to wipe the table clean before they can deal some damage. The occassional flamer to thin hords that get too close is a good idea.

Mobility:
Deamons Dees Strike in your face, regardless. If all of your units can move 12" away and still bring all of their fire power to bear, they will not touch you as they are mostly infantry and cant move all that fast.

In terms of your list, Null Zone is awesome. Keep it.

Drop the terminators, not likely to survive combat with a 5+ invuln against squads with power weapons.
Advise Land Speeders with Heavy Bolters and Assault Cannons.

Give your tactical squads rhinos.
Where does the Librarian go? I see two 10 man squads in Rhinos, unless you plan to combat squad to shoot Lascannons (I recommend against this).

Here is the list I would not want to see with my Daemons.

Librarian - Null Zone (Gate works, any other power)

10x Space Marines - Flamer, Missile Launcher Razorback w/ LasPlas

10x Space Marines - Flamer, Missile Launcher, Razorback w/ LasPlas

2x Dakka Predators

Fill in the rest as appropriate - Daemons die to a large number of anti-infantry shots. Against them Quantity has a Quality of its own. Use your vehicles to block off assaults and stay in relatively open ground to deny them cover. When needed, dart up and dump out your Flamer units to focus fire down the remnants of the opponents force.

Remember if he is close enough to assault next turn, he should be in range of Null Zone.

I agree with calypso's list, I've had good results with a similar army. Other units to consider for rounding out your points:

Landspeeder(s) with 2x HB - High mobility, range, strength, and volume
Dread or Ironclad Dread- Great tarpit
Sniper Scouts- You'll be able to infiltrate them anywhere, preferably a tall central structure with good LoS. They'll aim for MCs.
