I currently play BA and I love the play style of mech but I'm sick on the models and fluff so I decided I would start a DE army in the far future.
Anyway I plan on making a competitive list and want to make sure what to buy.

Okay, I re re re did the list with somewhat small changes.
Added Grisly Trophies and Night Shields on all of the transports. Brought two Haemonculi with Dark Gate instead of Crucible.

Archon w/ Shadowfield, PGL , Soul Trap, Combat Drugs – 145pts <-- he needs to have some sort of close combat weapon if he's going to do any damage. Give him an agoniser. Most people don't bother with an Archon at all.
Haemonculus Shattershard, Crucible of Malediction - 85 <-- only one? Usually people have at least a couple, tool them with just a liquifier, start them with wyches, and just let them fly around in the raider hosing things after giving the wyches a pain token.

Kabalite Warriors x5 in Venom w/ Splinter Cannon x2 – 125 pts <-- Just for objective camping? Points would suggest you've given them blasters and not written it down. If you have, I find the single-blaster shots to be ineffective at anything. So terribly unreliable. Personally, I prefer more wyches with haywires. Even squads of 5 are fun and dangerous when tooled appropriately.

Fast
Beastmaster x5, x10 Khymerae, x6 Razorwing Flocks – 270 pts <-- Just make sure to keep them spread out, otherwise a single Leman Russ blast could ruin your day. Consider splitting this into two groups. Give the enemy more targets to shoot at. Power from Pain doesn't help these guys, so no real reason that I can think of to take such a big single squad except to avoid morale checks.

Oh wow forgot, Archon supposed to have Huskblade. The points were added already though.
I could replace the third Ravager for a Razorwing.
I was a little iffy about the Warrior Venoms, I thought I needed to somehow fit more Venoms in and I thought that's how I should go about doing it.

This is more what I was expecting from a CC list, to be honest. Just drop the Duke and the splinter-rack warriors to fit in your beasts, and go from there?

You should have plenty of anti-infantry. Anti-tank is usually the problem for DE.

Nice list, Its a change from the DE list I'm used to playing against, usually I'm facing 21 Darklance shots a turn....

I think I'm going to try to add another Haemonculus to go with the two wyches raider with suggested upgrades and keep the
Venom troops and try to fit blasters in there. Just gotta figure out how...

Tried not to slim down the beastmaster squad so I decided just to take out Crucible on the Haemonculus unless someone convinces me otherwise on how good it is.
