				<title>1000pt Spacemarine list new to the game completely</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ So to begin I am new to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40K</span> Ive played <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(86);'>LOTR</span> enjoy it very much, finally decided to play <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40K</span> and I have quite a bit done and have been able to play acouple games. Ive been strugling to destroy vechiles maybe its becasue i've been playing it wrong I am not sure just need some advice.<br /> This is my list I am not sure exactly how much it all cost, and have no idea what upgrades to take.<br /> Two five man tacticle squads one with Sgt and the other with a Captain. Dreadnought, assualt squad and terminator squad. I beleive that comes close to 750pt what do I spend the other 250pt on and what should I change my 750pt I have now. Ive been told to maybe take Tallion and Scouts. But I am open to all suggestions and tips.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ You're better off with 1 10 man marine squad rather than 2 5 man squads as then you can take special weapons. But then you need another troops - so you could take scouts. A librarian is a better <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> than a captain for the points. (has force weapon, psychic hood as standard for 100pts)<br /> <br /> Try - 1 10 man squad - Sgt w/powerfist + combi-flamer, meltagun, missile launcher = 200<br /> <br /> Dreadnought - <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>TL</span> autocannon, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(20);'>CCW</span> w/storm bolter, extra armor = 130<br /> <br /> 5 Man assault squad - sgt w/power weapon, meltabombs,= 120<br /> <br /> 5 scouts, camocloaks, 4 snipers, 1 missile launcher = 100<br /> <br /> 5 Man terminator squad w/cyclone missile launcher = 230<br /> <br /> Librarian - 100pts<br /> <br /> That's 880 used // 120 left I would suggest adding a rhino for your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squad and a multi-melta toting landspeeder OR a land speeder storm for the scouts (but change the weapons to melee weapons, give the sgt a powerfist/power weapon)<br /> <br /> A lot of it depends on what sort of theme you are going for. If you were playing blood angels I'd suggest more assault marines, salamanders more flamers and vulkan, raven guard  a couple of drop pods or shrike. But you have a sold core to work from.<br /> ]]></description>
