Orks are non-elite armies, so having Nob bikers is a bad idea when those 378 points can go to regular bikers. Also, having only 6 bikers in a squad isn't enough, you need at least 8-10 in each squad and you need at least 6 squads. Also I would drop the Kombi weapons on the Nobs they really don't need to shoot anything they will be assaulting.
