The Force Organization is limited to 1-2 HQ, 2-6 Troops, 0-2 FA, 0-2 Elites, and 1 HS.

My list as is stands (explanation follows below):

HQ:

Anrakyr: 165 (joining Immortals)

Royal Court: Harbinger of Transmogrification w/ Harp: 55 (joining Warriors)

Destroyer Lord w/ SW, w/ MSS: 160

Troops:

7x Warriors in Ark: 219

7x Immortals (Eternals from Anrakyr) in NS: 219

Fast Attack:

4x Wraiths w/ Whip Coils: 180


Warriors with HoT to muck up infantry with the Tremorstave and Harp to weaken vehicles.
Eternals in NS with Anrakyr to get across the table and hold objectives, also should be able to deal with most vehicles, or MitM them to punch their friends in the head.
Destroyer Lord to deal with vehicles and CC threats, Wraiths as a bulletsoak and to add tons of rending attacks to deal with larger squads and whip coils to keep me safe around MC's. MSS because lulz.

2-3 coils will be fine, they don't all need to be equipped, just the ones in base contact. (also, this will allow wound allocation shenanigans)
Though, speaking of Wraiths, beware: anything less than 5 has a nasty habit of not surviving long, even with an attached D.Lord.

Would also switch the Harbinger of Transmogrification to Destruction with Pulse. It'll keep your guys safer from long range weapons for that first enemy turn while they get into position.

Also, if you're going to be fielding Eternals, get as many of them in the unit as possible. Plus, a ResOrd Lord will do wonders for that squad.
I'd say replace the Ghost Ark Warrior squad with two groups of Warriors (one for the Harbinger to go in, and one to walk on from reserves late game to claim the home objective).
