Rules for special characters and units from folklores and history?

I was visiting my grandparents and my dad in Ostrobothnia (a countryside part of Finland) and i got a oldschool puukko (knife) from my dad. I started to look into the local history and a certain piece got my attention; in the 19th century these so-called "Puukkojunkkarit" existed, a term hard to translate, they were the "ganstas" of Ostrobothnia and carried special knifes with them that had actually two knifes, one regular and a smaller one.
I also have had my mind on a piece of Finlands folklore, a man called Lalli, he killed a preacher by hitting him in the back with an axe, reason for this was because the preacher didn't pay for the kindness and food Lallis wife gave him.

so here is something i came up with:
Pts. ???
Lalli
M5 WS5 BS4 S5 T4 I4 W2 A3 Ld7
Wargear: Longbow, Axe (Hand weapon)
Special rules: Hatred, devastating charge, stubborn, frenzy, Swiftstrider, Loner, Axe in the back

Axe in the back: As a man who lives in the middle of a forest Lalli has incredible hunting skills
Lalli counts as reinforsment who enters the game from enemys table edge from the start of turn 3.
If he succsesfully charges an enemy unit in the rear, he automaticly issues an challange that cannot be refused, he also gains Always strike first for that challange.

I'll continue this soon, give me any feedback what you think.
And dont forget to submit your ideas from your local history or folklore!
