So the plan is to bubble wrap the Pathfinders with the Harlequins, if they can't get range to the Harlies, the Pathfinders have 2+ Cover, if they can, they will likely be close enough to assault.

This allows me to stick Eldrad and the other Seer in back and either guide the Wraithlords, Fortune whatevers needed (The Wraithlords will be in cover to prevent pesky AP3 Spam from chewing them up). When the enemy gets close enough, they will doom a squad or two. I was thinking of 3 Squads of 3 Warwalkers with EML, although it would pump out much more fire, I feel like 3 Walkers are harder to get in cover, and are easier to kill than a T8 3 Wound model with 4+ reroll cover.

Lastly, the Jetbikes are here to make up for the lack of mobility, they can come in from reserves and contest or capture, if they come in to early I gave them a Cannon so they can sit behind BLOS and JSJ.

The main weakness I see for this army is Barrage weapons, there is little to no way I can deal with them, and the enemy can just sit back and watch as my army crumbles.

My advice would be to drop the pathfinders, drop the second seer, and pick up some DAVU in troops. Death jesters are your main AT in this list, since they pop most transports just fine. Wraithlords focus on land raiders. Keep Wraithlords in cover and fortunes or they go down fast. I assume you have read Fritz's harlequin tactica? If not I'd look it up and buy it, he basically created this kind of list.

If you use bikes, reserve them - otherwise as the only targetable unit to most fire they will die extra fast.

This list actually works surprisingly well once you get it down, but getting it down is tough. Necrons are a bad match, since they can spam AV13 and most of your anti tank is strength 6.

I think that they would die quite fast, AV 10 is a lot easier to kill than T8 3W, Furthermore, if I dont have a large amount of space in the area terrain their going to get kicked out.

Why? How is FW not GW? It's under their copyright isn't it? (ref. ForgeWorld.co.uk at the bottom of the page) and most of the GW stores where I'm from have FW models in their display cases... You can order FW kits throught those stores and purchase the IA books off their shelves... I don't understand what the problem could be. If its not in the Codex, its not allowed at tournaments, I guess Frowned Upon isn't really the word, but not allowed, and my FLGS has no association to it. (Possibly because its not a Games Workshop).

Dont get me wrong I love FW Models, I just wouldnt want to put money into something I couldnt use at tournaments. Do they have a reason for excluding FW IA Codicies? It's -STILL- GamesWorkshop... And Most of it will say "Legal for use in 40k" (if it doesn't say "Apocalypse" instead) Who decided that models and rules CREATED by GamesWorkshop should be disallowed in tournaments? That's horse bologna.

But in all seriousness I think their trying to make them as close to GT as possible, so FW would not be allowed, if it was I'd be playing Corsairs.

Very few tournaments allow FW rules. Every so often, one will allow them, usually with restrictions.
