Outside of Blood Angels, the reason they get all the Hatorade dumped on them is their points cost. Paying 30 points per model to be able to assault off the deep strike is a bit much if you consider they have to end up within 6" after a 66.7% chance of scattering 2d6 which the average is 7. The fact that you need a locator beacon to ensure they land where you want means you're putting out even more points to purchase that.
