Ur 2nd dread is useless its just gonna b annoying to ur enemy but not to the point of wht it costs. Ur troops are fine if ur going for an assault based list, IMHO you reli only need 8 guys to b effective in CC. Ur vindi is actualy 160pts but it needs EA so 165.

If you want this list to be competitive id suggest getting the ven for the dread, getting another Vindi and grabin at least 2 Typhoon Missle launcher speeders. Oh and probli droping AACNMTO for ATWDTW

Note: i dont think you have it listed but are ur crusaders in rhinos? If so you need at least EA on them
