I'm a little concerned about the fragility of the list, what with most of the firepower concentrated on easy-to kill HWSs, and a couple of basilisks. The alpha strike capability is pretty nice, though.

Overall though I'd switch ML to AC, saving you 35 points, which lets you upgrade a single Commissar to a Lord Commissar giving those HWT LD10 on their Orders and Morale tests. Drop the standard to give the PCSs 4 Flamers (and sadly just 3 for another squad) put HHF on the chimeras and you have some crazy horde killing speedbumps! Another consideration is that instead of the Lord Commissar is a second CCS to dish out more orders.
