If you are going to go shooty, add twin T/L weapons on all your units. Maybe swap out the fexes with two Tyrannofexes? He only has 3 carnifexes, so they can all be separate. Argument over 2 Tfexes instead therefore seems a little irrelevant.

So saying, I'd drop one carnifex, give the hive tyrant at least one tyrant guard, take 2 more hive guard in the third elite slot. I would then trim the hive tyrant down and lose the toxic miasma and horror and take a second set of TL devourers.
