Didn't play much in the 2nd edition years, but got back into the hobby with 3rd, and stayed mostly active since then. I switched to Fantasy for a while 6th ed? (the one with Lizardmen/Bretonians in the box) and the edition after that, but got tired of re-jiggering my armies due to rules changes. I played Undead, Vampire Counts and Chaos.

My first 40k army was Blood Angels, picked mostly because those were the decals included in the Rogue Trader box I got. I switched to Ultramarines because I got tired of painting red, and after the first tac squad, (almost) never looked back.

These days I field the Ultramarine's 3rd company. Full company strength, plus supporting units from the 1st and 10th companies and the chapter armory. I'm a little short on rhinos and other vehicles, but have all the boots on the ground

I'll see about getting some pics uploaded. I like to think I paint to a decent tabletop standard. At the very least, people can get a laugh at some of the minis from years past.
