Just one solid power sword strike away from candy...

My only serious nitpick, though, is that he looks absolutely nothing like a librarian, other than that some of his armor happens to be painted blue. If he's a chapter master, then you've got to flesh out the fluff a little more for why they allowed a psyker to not be a librarian.
