My suggestion is to paint 10 "regular" Boyz for every other thing you paint. I have now finished the other box of orks that i had and they are ready to be primed, also i completed my first conversion of the army. It was quite simple really, as i didnt like the pose that the power klaw gave the nob, i cut down into the nobs lower arm untill it was like the other side.

It was really easy to put together, but i have left the wings and the pilot seperate, so they will be easy to paint.
