If it is the same kind of size as his other largescale works, it is about the same size as the FW model, so about 1ft high (the whole model, rather than the head ).

That being said, if I had a single little nitpicking comment to make, it's that I think the head is a bit too high above the armor. Maybe the neck is a bit long, or the gorget is too short. I think a more compact look to him it would be even more incredible.

I just recently re-discovered the previous edition night lords??? I uncovered. The sargeants have a full skull across their entire torso, and they look pretty win. Even looking down the pistol as if snapping off a shot would have made this just pop so much more.

As to the pose the original art work had the chaos marine with two axes which gave a more malevolent feeling to the "slowly walking towards you" look of the pose however the owner wanted a bolt pistol so thats what he got.
