I'm starting this log as a way to keep myself motivated to complete the various projects I have going, as well as to get constructive feedback from the community. I had a couple of logs on Warseer, but most of my local friends/gamers have Dakka accounts, so I decided to put one (hopefully) big thread here. I also like how Dakka has its own gallery and no pic limit per post.

The current projects that have no definitive end point I have going on are:
My IG army, the 108th Cadian 'Fury'
My DE army, the Kabal of Eternal Misfortune (more of a tongue-in-cheek reference to my dice rolls)
A conversion-heavy counts-as-everything SM army

The projects with well-defined end points:
1000 point C:SM army
1850-2000 point SW army
Seamus-based Malifaux gang
Magnetized renegade guard Shadowsword/Stormlord

First up is my WIP Renegade Shadowsword/Stormlord and its general state of assembly:


I will magnetize the sponsons, turret, and main weapons, although everything is assembled up to that point. I still have some detail to add, like chaos iconography and such. As can be seen below, I have added some rivets, too.


And here's a shot of the corrupt machine god shrine:


Now on to the Space Wolf project... I have assembled and based all the minis (which were made up entirely out of stuff from my bits box (with the exception of the Razorbacks, TWC, and Fenrisian Wolves)) that will be used in the army, so the next step will be priming and painting!

His arms are magnetized so I can swap weapon options, seen below. They include a TH, Frost Axe, SS, Wolf Claw.

I also have four Rhinos/Razorbacks (2 for the SW army, 2 for the vanilla SM army). Here's a pic of one (they are all more-or-less the same):



I can swap them between Rhinos and Las/TL-Plas Razorbacks. The Lascannon and TL-Plasma Guns are magnetized, too:


Not pictured for the SW army project are a Drop Pod and a Vindicator. Nothing too exciting about them, though, and they'll get pictures when they get some paint on them.
