Looted Eldar vehicle using deffcoptas

Hey Dakka. I've been thinking about using an Eldar vehicle hull (either Falcon, or Fire prism) to make myself a looted wagon. I'm thinking about having it on it's normal flying base, with 4 deffcoptas attached to some sort of stiff strings or wires to look like they're the reason it's still "flying". My problem is finding something that would be able to support the weight of the coptas while still looking like cables, ropes or chains. I was also hoping to have the coptas be removable, so they could still be used when the looted wagon isn't in the game.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Get some hollow core dacron fishing line, single strand steel wire (or thick copper wire). cut the wire to length, and then thread the dacron over it. it will look like insanely thick woven cable once you paint it.

I probably won't have it done for quite some time, as I have lots of painting and stuff to finish first, but as soon as it's presentable I'll try and get some pics up
