This is my first attempt at 1000 points.

I'll be playing against Tyranids mostly.

20x Necron Warrior (260pts)

2x Necron Heavy Destroyers (120pts)
1x Necron Destroyer (40pts)

Heavy Support (90pts)
Annihilation Barge (90pts)

Overlord and lord join warriors, 1 squad will get relentless. I was considering using 2 Overlords so both squads get it, I might.
Lots of guns for all those Nids, I should be okay dealing with their swarms. 2 Heavys for taking out Monsters and such. What would you recommend swapping the Destroyer with? Hes alright, but I dont NEED him.
And I like the barge, not many of his troops can hurt it. At least not ones he currently has.

Any ideas would be great.
I only have more destroyers/heavy destroyers, more lords and overlords, and scarabs.
What should I buy next to move up to 1500 point range?

Nothing like getting the MC to kill itself. Also, on the OLord, swap the Staff for the Warscythe. The extra 5 AP3 shots aren't going to make a significant difference (you already have 40 shots at 12 inches) and having the scythe means you can detach the OLord and take on an MC by himself.

Vs Nids, I'd be really worried about those 2 warrior blobs. When they get assaulted they are going to get massacred.

If you could proxy a couple of crypteks with Seismic crucibles you may be able to surprise the opponent by shortening up their assault move - that may give you and extra rapid fire round of shooting.

tbh, I'd be tempted to lose some warriors to squeeze in more destroyers/heavy destroyers to give better mobility.

Re your step to 1500, my suggestion would be wraiths or more barges.
