Would the best way to do this be to spray them with the army painter spray and then wash? Im looking for a tabletop quality really, just not sure about spraying them blue as ive never used the army painter sprays before.

My basic formula for painting Ultra's is as follows:

Prime white
Paint ultramarine blue on pretty much the whole mini
Chaos black bolter, belt, other hardware
Codex grey any skulls and the chest eagle (sergeants and command get gold)
Drybrush chainmail silver on all black/grey
All hoses get painted deadly nightshade
Eyes and lenses get a metallic green (forget the name)
Purity seals are blood red and bubonic brown
Wash all the blue with a blue wash.
Wash all the grey/black/gold/silver with a black wash
Clean up the base with black.

I'm not going to win any golden demons, but can get minis on the table pretty quickly.
