				<description><![CDATA[ Well recently i just had my first game with the new ruleset, and i faired pretty well this was my 1500 p list<br /> <br /> chaos lord-- 110<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(486);'>pw</span><br /> combi flamer<br /> <br /> metal chosen- 189<br /> 4 meltas<br /> 1 flamer<br /> 8marines<br /> rhino- 35<br /> <br /> 1k sons- 231<br /> 6 sons<br /> sorcerer with doombolt<br /> rhino- 50<br /> havoclauncher<br /> <br /> 1k sons- 231<br /> 6 sons<br /> sorcerer with doombolt<br /> rhino- 50<br /> havoc launcher<br /> <br /> Autocannon/missile havoc squad-- 200<br /> 2 autcannons<br /> 1 missles<br /> 9 marines<br /> chamion<br /> <br /> <br /> Autocannon/missile/ havoc squad-- 200<br /> 2 autcannons<br /> 2 missles<br /> 8 marines<br /> champion <br /> <br /> 2 obliarators<br /> aegis defence line- 100<br /> quad gun<br /> <br /> i went up against <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(69);'>ig</span> with space wolve allies<br /> i think he had this list<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> squad<br /> medic<br /> standard<br /> plasmagun<br /> melta gun <br /> chimera with heavy stubber and ea<br /> <br /> wolf lord<br /> mark of the wulven<br /> something else maybe<br /> <br /> 2x vet squads with<br /> sgts wit <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(486);'>pws</span><br /> 3 meltas<br /> chimera with ea and stubber<br /> <br /> a grey hunter squad i think with<br /> 2 plasmas<br /> and a sergent i guess with another wulven mark<br /> in a dropod with the lord<br /> <br /> 1 exercutioner with plama sides<br /> <br /> 1 longfang squad <br /> 5 guys<br /> 4 missles<br /> <br /> and 1 vendetta unsure of the upgrades<br /> <br /> and for our game we had retrive the relic on short table edge deployment, no night fighting, i got the commander trait which lets me reroll reserves and i swapped out the doombolts for one pyro power and one telepathy, and got spontainius combustion and the one that forces a unit to take a leadership test every time it did something. we had a rive and got daemic bile for the river type. i had my chaos lord in with a squad of 1k sons who had the telepathy power, his wolf lord was in with the grey hunters.<br /> <br /> first turn he kept the pod in reserves<br /> he moved the vet squads chimeras up and then proceded to shooting, forgot to do commands<br /> the chimeras shot at my havocs and did nothing.<br /> he attempted to fire the executioner but it was out of range<br /> the long fang squad shot at the rhino with my lord and thousand sons, blew it up, no causlties taken. then we proceded to my turn one.<br /> <br /> my turn one<br /> my sceond rhino moved at crusing speed towards the relic<br /> my 1k sons with the lord moved up, then in went to shooting<br /> took out a long fang with one of my obliterators<br /> my rhino moved flat out in the shooting and got near the relic<br /> havoc squad 1 wrecked 1 vet chimera with a ton of glancing hits forcing disenbarkcation and my second havoc squad attempted to do the same to the ohter, but failed<br /> <br /> turn two<br /> neither the vendetta or droppod came in<br /> he moved up the footsloging vets and second chimera he issued orders to the long fangs, we found out that was wrong later but it didnt affect anything<br /> his executioner shot at my rhino, the turret overheated and took a glancing hit, the side plasma cannon missed<br /> he fired his long fangs missles 3 frags into my havoc squad in the aegius line and a krak at my rhino near the objective took off a hull point., the frag blasts surpisenly missed 6 havocs and scattered off each time at the same disancte two even went in the same direction.<br /> the two chimeras that were left didnt doo much, even though they did fired it didnt do anything<br /> <br /> my turn two<br /> i rolled for my otflanking chosen, failed the roll once but made the second with te reroll trait. and managed to out flank to behind the executioner and moved in six, then deployed the meltas behind the tank<br /> 1k sons with lord moved up<br /> 1k sons in rhino <br /> mooved t shooting<br /> havoc 1 fired at the long fangs, took down another<br /> havoc two wrecked the second vet chimera<br /> the recently deployed chosen blew up the russ<br /> the 1k sons who grabbed the relic took pot shots at the vet squad closest to them and forced them to run,<br /> oblits took pot shots at the command chimera didnt do anything<br /> <br /> turn three<br /> his vendetta and droppod came in, the droppod fell next to the 1ksons who grabbed the relic, his vendetta flew up near the vets who wernt running and moved those vets up a bit<br /> his other vets regroupped. <br /> he issued orders to the longfangs, again he didnt now about the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(36);'>faq</span> rules<br /> at the end of his movent my quad cannon shout down his vendetta, after failing its jink saves it blew up killing a vet with a melta<br /> his <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(338);'>ccs</span></span> in the chimea shot up 3 of my meltas chosen the recently regrouped vets shot at them as well, i only had the flamer a single melta and regular chosen alive and the passed thier morale.<br /> his hunts shot at the 1k sons with the relic, this squad also had the pyromancer with the combustion power he dided in the volley though one plama gun hunter got hot and died, luckily i had three 1k sons left. and the relic<br /> the long fangs killed one of my havocs with an auto cannons from the squad in the defense line<br /> <br /> my turn 3<br /> i renbarked the 3 sons into the rhino and moved back 6<br /> i moved up the 1k sons with lord<br /> i fired the obliterators <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>mm</span> at the droppod and destroyed the bolter then havocs squad 1 wrecked the pod<br /> the 1k sons squad fired at the spacewolved killing off 6<br /> the secnd havoc in the defense line fired at the vet squad closest to them killing off all but three<br /> my chosens rhino fired at the melta vets near it, killed 1<br /> my chosen attempted to damage the command cheimera, and took off a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(661);'>hp</span><br /> <br /> turn 4.<br /> he moved both vets squad<br /> the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(338);'>ccs</span></span> fired at my chosen taking off the flamer, and the vet squad did the same killing the normal guy, he would have killed the last melta but he rolled very bad. same with e chimera's multi laser<br /> long fangs popped the rhino with the relic <br /> wolf lord and the rest of the wolves attempted to charge the 1k sons with the relic, but failed the charge through difficult terrain<br /> <br /> my turn 4 <br /> the melta chosen ran<br /> the 1k sons with lord moved forward<br /> the 1k sonss with relic moved back<br /> a snapshot fromt he melta was fired at the command chimera and missed<br /> the 1k sons with the relic killed off the last of the wolves and the wolf lord<br /> my obliterators and havoc squad 1 fired at the long fangs killed another<br /> my second havoc squad finished off the vets closest to them<br /> <br /> turn 5<br /> he didnt issue orders to the long fangs because he thought it wouldnt do much <br /> his command squad took out the running chosen and the vet squad blew up the immobilized rhino, <br /> the longfangs fired and it didnt do anything<br /> <br /> i had a turn 5, but it wasnt really needed we called it after i finihed moving my 1k sons<br /> <br /> so i had the relic and the secondary objective called first blood and i would have had the objective line breaker but he too out my only two models in his deployment zone<br /> <br /> we might have had some stuff wrong, but we had fun and my friend is rethinking about a few things.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>
