Necron issues

With 6th edition out me and a few friends ran into a few rules that we got confused when looking over.

1. The CCB. First does it get the chariot rules? than, after you have done your sweeping attacks and than charge into close. You get your hammer attacks from charge i believe is what its called. Does the overlord in this case get a extra attack on the charge? And when a opponent attacks back, are they affect by mindshackled scarabs? And do they attack against the vehicles armor or the overlord himself?

2. If i say fire at a opponent with warriors inside a ghost ark. Can they be fired at by the opponent rather than having to shoot at the vehicle?

3. And my friend refuses to believe me on this, but i think this is a rule. I have seen people talking about this. But if i mindshackle scarab a single unit. Do they attack them self? I know this has no effect on vehicles.

Question number one is the most confusing. The chariot rules are tricking us up a bit. Hopefully you guys can give me some tips on how these rules are applied.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Just saw that CCB get chariot rules in the FAQ's, but still don't understand how these rules apply.

Yup it's a Chariot as per the Necron FAQ. No idea about the extra attack but I do believe the Chariot rule counts anyone in base to base with the chariot as base to base with the Overlord. Keep in mind no challenges though. Yes Chariots get the Hammer of Wrath attack but has it's own rules for HoW under the chariot section.

2. No they need to shoot the transport.

3. Yup, again as per the Necron FAQ
http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m2420315a_Necron_6th_Ed_V1.pdf

Re:Necron issues

As Voodoo said with just one clarification: you don't Mindshackle "units" you Mindshackle "models". One and only one model in a unit, and no more. That model will attack its own unit (or itself).
