The only way you may add 2 allied detachment is doubling your original FOC.

This will mean 2HQ and at least 4TR from the c:SM. However you'll be forced to take 1HQ and at least 1TR for each allied detachment too.

They also might serve you well on foot these days. drop the las plas and you can take a few more of them. This edition seems to be favoring de-meched lists

If you start the guys outside of the transport you can move and bring your fire to bear turn one.

Before it was a couple turns until the bolters could get into range.
