Ghaz along with his waaagh are worth it. You can pop Ghaz into a mob of boyz to make use of Look Out Sir, and he lets you bring a unit of MANZ as a scoring unit. I'd also condense the three MANZ units into two, as their leadership isn't wonderful and the larger squads let them do more damage before they try to waddle off the board.
