				<description><![CDATA[ So, a moment ago I was thinking about the new Run, Fleet and Assault rules, and units that have.no ranged weapons, for example, Hormagaunts, Genestealers, etc. In the last edition the Fleet rule allowed them to  assault after running. Now, however, Fleet allows the reroll of run/Charge dice. Meaning units with BS0 or no guns will stand around with their thumbs/claws up their backsides for the shooting phase.<br /> <br /> So.I was thinking. Make a new rule called Quicksilver. Basically it would be 5th ed Fleet but ONLY apply to units<br /> <br /> That had no ranged weapons/has none left in the case of walkers, and PSAs count as these ranged weapons.<br /> The unit had BS0.<br /> <br /> So Mawlocs at <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> 0 would have it. A Marine Captain with Relic Blade and Storm Shield would also have it because he has no guns. A Libby with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(332);'>TDA</span>, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(221);'>SS</span>, Null Zone and Smite WOULD NOT have it because.he has a PSA.]]></description>
